Theo-Sight is a research-driven organization working to improve lives and strengthen communities. Guided by compassion, we use research to understand real challenges, advocacy to influence positive change, and media to amplify voices that are often unheard. Our work supports humanitarian response, empowers women and youths, and expands access to essential services such as education, healthcare, and clean water. By working closely with communities, government, and partners, we turn knowledge into action and create lasting impact.

Executive Administrator of Theo-Sight Institute for Research and Advocacy, bringing proven competence in administrative management, human resources coordination, and stakeholder relations. She provides strategic and operational support to leadership, ensures efficient administrative systems across teams and projects, and strengthens organisational systems.
Adeyinka Damilare
Research Associate
Adeyinka Daniel Damilare is a Nigerian theologian, peace researcher, and development practitioner based in Abuja. His academic work focuses on Christian theology, peacebuilding, digital religion, and interfaith dialogue, with multiple peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations. His apologetic interests include theology of peace and justice, public theology, and Christian engagement in plural societies. He enjoys writing, mentoring youths, research, and media advocacy.

Governing Board
Theo-Sight is governed by a governing board including men and women who are public leaders, research experts and experienced administrators. Members of the governing board are not paid staff of Theo-Sight. Their service is a selfless contribution to Africa's development.
Dr. Godwin Adeboye
Godwin Adeboye is a Nigerian scholar and research associate at the University of Pretoria. He is a Langham Scholar with a PhD specialising in theology and public life and inter-faith apologetics from the University of Pretoria in partnership with the Oxford Centre for Religion and Public Life (OCRPL), UK. He is the author of “Can a Christian be cursed? An African evangelical response to the problem of curse” (Langham, UK, 2023). He is a member of the South African-German Research Hub for Religion and Sustainability. He coordinates research and partnership at the OCRPL, enjoys Bible-based apologetics, and plays snooker.
Dr. Babatomiwa Owojaiye
Serves as Secretary of the ECWA Ilorin District Church
Council. He is a Fellow of the Centre for Research and Innovation at ECWA Theological
Seminary, Igbaja, and Founder/CEO of the Centre for Biblical Christianity in Africa. He holds a
PhD in World Christianity from Africa International University in partnership with the University
of Edinburgh. He is joyfully married and blessed with children.

A litigation-focused legal practitioner dedicated to helping clients navigate complex legal challenges through rigorous research and strategic courtroom representation. She specializes in procedural advocacy, human rights, and dispute resolution, maintaining a solution-driven mindset committed to ensuring fair and accessible legal processes.

A digital library expert and PhD candidate in Library and Information Studies at the University of the Western Cape, she specializes in research support, information literacy, and the strategic management of digital repositories.
Dr. Ayodele Alonge
A Netherlands-based researcher and digital transformation specialist, he holds a PhD in Communication and Information Studies and currently studies Practical Theology at Columbia Theological Seminary.
Dr. Daniel Orogun
An Academic, Spiritual Health Specialist, and Multidisciplinary Researcher in Religion, Healthcare, Political Spirituality, and Leadership, he serves as a Senior Research Fellow at the University of Pretoria and a Spiritual Care Specialist at the University of California (Davis) Medical Centre.
